1. Bright Colors and Feelings

Cards can make us feel Happy, Excited, Love. When we open a card we hear a soft Rustle and maybe a gentle Tap Tap of a pen.

Let’s count the cards on the table:

2️⃣ Two cards, two bright stars.
3️⃣ Three cards, three loud β€œyay!”
4️⃣ Four cards, four friendly hearts.
5️⃣ Five cards, five happy hugs.

We can count again and again. Counting is fun!

3. Sounds and Words

When we write, we hear Scratch Scratch of a crayon.
When we give a card, we hear Cheer Cheer from friends.
We can say β€œThank you!” and hear a warm Hush of love.

Simple Activity – Make Your Own Card

  1. Take a blank piece of paper.
  2. Fold it in half – Fold, Fold.
  3. Draw a big smiley face.
  4. Color with red, blue, or yellow.
  5. Say β€œI love you!” and give the card to someone.
