🎈 Let’s Fold Our Clothes!

Introduction

We love clean, neat things. Folding clothes makes our room tidy and gives us a happy feeling. Let’s learn how to fold together!

1. Tidy T‑shirts

Lay the shirt flat.

  • Step 1: Put the shirt on the table. Swish!
  • Step 2: Fold the left arm over the middle. Fold, fold, fold!
  • Step 3: Fold the right arm over the middle. Fold, fold, fold!
  • Step 4: Bring the bottom up to the top. One, two, three!

Now the shirt looks like a little rectangle. It’s neat and ready for the drawer.

2. Snug Socks

Sit on the floor and match the socks.

  • Step 1: Put one sock on top of the other.
  • Step 2: Hold the toe of the bottom sock and pull the top sock over it. Pull—pop!
  • Step 3: Press a gentle clap to smooth them.

Now the socks are a tiny pair, ready for the drawer.

Simple Activity – “fold and Sing”

  1. Gather three shirts and three pairs of socks.
  2. Fold each item while singing:
“Fold, fold, fold, I’m happy, I’m bold!” 🎶
  3. Count each folded piece: “One shirt, two shirts, three shirts… one pair, two pairs, three pairs!”

Feel the swish of the fabric and smile when you’re done!

Conclusion

Great job! You folded like a helper and felt proud. Keep exploring—maybe you’ll fold blankets, pants, or even a superhero cape next time. The more you practice, the more fun folding becomes! 🌟

How Volcanoes Form

From Magma to Mountain

Volcanoes grow where tectonic plates collide or drift apart. Heat melts rock into light, buoyant magma that rises, cools, and hardens near the surface, building the cone layer by layer.
