Introduction

Morning is a bright, happy time. We wake up, stretch, and say “Good morning!” Food helps us feel strong and smile. Let’s look at tasty breakfast foods.

1. Warm Oatmeal 🌾

One bowl, two spoons, three smiles.
Oatmeal is soft and warm. It makes a gentle Sizzle in the pot. We can add a dash of honey – Sweet, Sweet, Sweet! We stir, stir, stir and hear a soft Clink of the spoon. Oatmeal makes our tummy say “Yum!”

2. Sunny Eggs

One egg, two eggs, three eggs.
Eggs are round and sunny like the sun. We hear a tiny Pop when they crack. In the pan they Sizzle, Sizzle. We can scramble them or keep them sunny‑side up. Eggs make us feel Happy and ready to play.

3. Sweet Fruit

One banana, two berries, three apple slices.
Fruit is bright and colorful. A banana is soft and Mushy, berries Pop when we bite, and apple slices go Crunch, Crunch. Fruit gives us a big smile and a burst of energy.
