  • Count together: 1, 2, 3 – three little friends ready to eat!

2. Use Your Words

  • Say “Please” before you take food.
  • Say “Thank You” after you get food.
  • Repeat: Please, Please, PleaseThank You, Thank You.
  • A happy face 😊 shows you’re polite.

3. Gentle Hands And Sounds

  • Put the fork Softly on the plate.
  • No loud “Crunch‑crunch” or “Slurp‑slurp” inside the house.
  • Soft Clink Clink when the spoon touches the bowl.
  • Keep elbows Off The Table – they belong on the chair.
