Good Morning! 🌞

Hello, Little Friends!

Every day we start with a Morning Routine. It helps us feel happy and ready for the day. Let’s see what we can do at home.

1. Wake up and Stretch

I open my eyes. I open my eyes.
I sit up, I stretch my arms, One, Two, Three big stretches.
The sun says “hello” with a warm Shine. I feel Happy and a tiny Yawn sounds “ah‑hh”.

2. Brush Teeth

Brush, brush, brush!
I put toothpaste on my brush, One, Two, Three swirls of foam.
The brush goes Scrub‑scrub‑scrub on my teeth. I count the teeth: One, Two, Three…
When I rinse, the water makes a Splash Splash sound. My mouth feels fresh and clean!

3. Get Dressed

Clap, clap, clap!
I pick my shirt—Red like a bright apple. I pull it on, One, Two, Three buttons.
My socks are Soft and Blue like the sky. I put them on—Wiggle Wiggle.
Now I am ready, feeling Proud and Bright.

How Volcanoes Form

From Magma to Mountain

Volcanoes grow where tectonic plates collide or drift apart. Heat melts rock into light, buoyant magma that rises, cools, and hardens near the surface, building the cone layer by layer.
