1. Swings – Up, Up, Up!

• Sit on the soft seat.
• Hold the ropes tight.
• Push with your legs and feel the swing Rise – 1, 2, 3… higher and higher!
• Hear the whoosh sound as you fly.
• Feel happy, giggly, Wow!

Repeat: “Swing, swing, swing! Swing, swing, swing!”

2. Slides – Down, Down, Down!

• Climb the little steps. Count: One, Two, Three steps.
• Sit at the top.
• Slide down with a Squeak and a Whoosh.
• Land with a soft thump and smile big.

Simple Activity – “swing‑slide Song”

1. Stand in a circle.
2. Sing: “I can swing, I can swing, I go whoosh; I can slide, I can slide, I go squeak!”
3. Clap Once for swing, Twice for slide.
