🔥 Hot Things – Stay Safe!

Introduction

Hello, little explorer! Today we talk about Hot Things. Hot things can be bright, warm, and make a sizzle sound. We learn how to stay safe and have fun!

1️⃣ Hot Things Around Us

  • Sun – big yellow ball, Warm on your face. Whoa! ☀️
  • Stove – red knobs, Hot metal. Sizzle, sizzle!
  • Tea – a little cup, Steamy steam. Puff! puff!

We say “Hot! Hot! Hot!” three times. If something is hot, we Stop, Step Back, and Tell A Grown‑up.

2️⃣ Feelings and Sounds

  • When you touch a hot thing, you might feel Ouch!
  • You hear Sizzle, Ding, Buzz.
  • We can say “I Feel Safe” when we keep away from hot things.

3️⃣ Counting Safety Steps

1️⃣ Look – see if it’s hot.
2️⃣ Think – “Is it safe?”
3️⃣ Tell – call a grown‑up.

Repeat the steps: 1, 2, 3 – Safe, Safe, Safe!

Simple Activity – Hot‑thing Hunt

  • Ask a grown‑up to point out 2 Hot Things in the kitchen (like the stove and a mug).
  • Count them: “One, Two!”
  • Clap your hands and say “Hot! Stay Safe!”

How Volcanoes Form

Volcanoes grow where tectonic plates collide or drift apart. Heat melts rock into light, buoyant magma that rises, cools, and hardens near the surface, building the cone layer by layer.
