Fluffy clouds look like cotton balls. They are soft and white. You can point to them in the sky.

Flat Clouds

Flat clouds are thin and spread out. They look like a blanket. They do not make rain.

Rain Clouds

Rain clouds are dark and heavy. They bring drops of water. When they fall, we say “rain”.
