๐ŸŒŸ Stay Clean, Stay Happy!

Keeping our bodies clean helps us feel good, stay healthy, and have more fun playing. Letโ€™s learn simple ways to be clean every day!

1. Wash Your Hands

How? Turn on water, rub soap on both hands, and scrub for the length of a song (about 20 seconds). Rinse and dry.
Why? Tiny germs are like invisible bugs that can make us sick. Soap is a superhero that washes the bugs away!

2. Take a Bath or Shower

How? Use warm water, a gentle washcloth, and a little soap. Wash from head to toe, then rinse and pat dry with a towel.
Why? A bath sweeps away dirt, sweat, and the โ€œyuckyโ€ feeling after playing outside.

3. Keep Your Teeth Clean

How? Brush your teeth twice a day with a peaโ€‘size amount of toothpaste. Move the brush in small circles for two minutes.
Why? Food bits can turn into โ€œcavity monsters.โ€ Brushing scares them away and keeps your smile bright!

4. Dress Fresh

How? Change into clean clothes after playing or sweating. Put dirty clothes in a hamper.
Why? Fresh clothes feel comfy and stop germs from staying on your skin all day.

Did You Know?

๐Ÿฆ  Fun Fact: A single grain of sand can hold more than 1,000 germs, but a quick handโ€‘wash can wash away up to 99% of them!

Being clean is a tiny adventure you can do every day. Try washing your hands like a superhero, brushing your teeth like a brave knight, and notice how fresh you feel. Explore, play, and keep sparkling cleanโ€”youโ€™re doing a wonderful job! ๐Ÿš€

How Volcanoes Form

From Magma to Mountain

Volcanoes grow where tectonic plates collide or drift apart. Heat melts rock into light, buoyant magma that rises, cools, and hardens near the surface, building the cone layer by layer.
