🚽 Bathroom Safety for Little Explorers

The bathroom is a place where we wash, brush teeth, and splash water. It can be fun, but we have to be careful so we stay safe and happy.

1. Stay Dry, Walk Like a Penguin

When the floor is wet, it can be slippery—like ice for a penguin!

  • Step Slowly and keep your feet flat on the ground.
  • If you see water, tell a grown‑up to wipe it up.

2. Hold the Handrail

The bathtub and shower have a tiny rail or a small edge.

  • Hold It Tight with both hands before you get in or out.
  • This helps you keep balance, just like a superhero holding a rope.

3. Keep Toys and Bottles Away

Bath toys are fun, but they can make the tub messy.

  • Put toys in a basket After you finish playing.
  • Don’t bring water bottles or soap bottles onto the floor—they can slide and cause a spill.

4. Ask for Help with Hot Water

Hot water can feel like a warm hug, but it can also be too hot.

  • Always Ask A Grown‑up to turn the water on for you.
  • Test the water with your hand or a rubber duck before getting in.

Did You Know?

A single drop of water can make a floor as slippery as a banana peel! That’s why we always wipe up spills right away. 🍌

Now you know how to make the bathroom a safe adventure zone. Keep your eyes open, hold on tight, and ask for help when you need it. Have fun exploring and staying safe! 🌟

How Volcanoes Form

From Magma to Mountain

Volcanoes grow where tectonic plates collide or drift apart. Heat melts rock into light, buoyant magma that rises, cools, and hardens near the surface, building the cone layer by layer.
