What Is a Dribble?
A dribble is when you bounce the ball with your hand while you walk or run. It helps you move the ball down the court.
How to Dribble
- Hold The Ball with your fingers on top and your palm underneath.
- Push The Ball down to the floor.
- Watch The Ball as it comes up, then push it again.
- Keep your knees bent and stay low.
Practice Tips
- Start on a soft surface, like a gym mat.
- Try dribbling with each hand.
- Count “one, two, three” while you bounce.
- Play a game of “dribble and stop” with a friend.
