The Little Town of Sparkle Coins

Welcome!

Today we meet Maya and Ben. They love to play in the park, count clouds, and share happy smiles. They are going to learn about pretend digital money—just a fun game!

1. The Magic Phone Tap

Maya taps her bright tablet. Tap, tap, tap! A shiny star appears. “One Sparkle Coin!” she says. Ben claps 1, 2, 3 times. They count together: 1, 2, 3 Sparkle Coins.

2. Buying a Pretend Ice Cream

The friends walk to the pretend shop. “I want a pink ice cream,” says Maya. She gives 2 Sparkle Coins. Ding! The shop lights up. Ben gives 1 Sparkle Coin for a tiny toy car. They feel Joy and Giggle. Ha‑ha‑ha!

3. Sharing and Saving

Maya says, “Let’s share!” She gives 1 Sparkle Coin to Ben. Ben says, “Thank you!” They both put the rest in a Safe Cloud Box on the tablet. Shhh… The box keeps their coins safe, just like a treasure chest.

Did You Know?

Pretend digital money is only a picture on a screen. It helps us practice Counting and Sharing without using real money.

How Volcanoes Form

From Magma to Mountain

Volcanoes grow where tectonic plates collide or drift apart. Heat melts rock into light, buoyant magma that rises, cools, and hardens near the surface, building the cone layer by layer.
